Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us! Top priority is taken with every
transaction to result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience.
If it is not, we are happy to offer a refund on the return of any item within
30 days of the shipment date or exchange the item for a new one. To streamline your return,
we ask that you please note the following.
- The product must be in new, unused,
and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty
cards, and instructions booklets.
- Call Toll Free 800-654-3259 for a RMA number to write on your Returns Sheet enclosed with your order. Then send it back US Postal Mail Insured for what you paid.
**Please note - All returned merchandise after the 30 Day Guarantee Period
will incur a 10% restocking fee. Any custom design made jewelry (with prior consultation above) will
incur a 80% restocking fee to recover some costs. In 20 years we have had only 3 pieces returned that were custom design and this was due to client "completely" changing there mind on the previously approved design to the point where we could NOT accommodate their wishes in the previous budget.
Refunds will be made by company check
within 10 days after receiving your return item. We will refund the purchase
price of the item less the original shipping costs and any restocking fees as stated above.
Returns and warranties must be sent
prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier such as United
States Postal or Federal Express.
Repair or Salvage
Gems
Many times we can repair/salvage
damaged Gems, Jewelry or Opals or Opals that may have flaws or wear. Just because
a stone has a small problem you would not believe what we can do to salvage
your Opals or other Gemstones through repolishing if we just have a chance to examine it via photo, drawing or in
real life. See below for Special Opal Guarantee.
Our OPALS are Guaranteed for ONE
year against natural crazing or cracking if we sell it to you loose (unset).
In our jewelry, we have the same guarantee only if we set the stone. We will
replace any crazed or cracked stone with one of equal or better quality or we
will REFUND your money. We cannot guarantee stones against damage done by normal
wearing, mistreatment or placement/removal in the setting by someone else. We
MUST inspect the damaged piece and all the parts before any credit is issued.
In the last 10 Years we have NOT had to enforce this Opal Guarantee even ONCE
! We have great Opal Quality and well protected designs to help ensure a long
lasting opal life. Please follow enclosed Opal Care instructions
with each purchase. Call us with any questions, detergents in dishwater, doing
the garden and other physical labor are not conducive to Opals.
